I was considering not going so that drama would be reduced if they do show up.
But I would advise people going not do metered parking so they can relocate if needed without having to worry about feeding the meter. Then the group can relocate if they need to more easily.

Absolutely. It's respectful to have a lot of people at a memorial. If our numbers also discourage a certain person from starting shit, all the better.

In regard to time, calling it 3 is probably good. Remember, in socal 3 means 4.
