To my understanding, SDCC runs a tight operation, I doubt they'll be happy to hear about one of their attending outfits pulling shit like that!

Ironically, by closing off convention center lines, Scientology merely caused Anonymous to disperse across a wider area. That didn't impinge on our distribution and viral marketing at all, it just made us harder to track, especially with all the non-anons wearing GF masks around the Gaslamp Quarter. A tactical footbullet, yet not unexpected.

If they know of our plans, they'll try to foil them. So we plan to do the opposite of what they think we want to do, and that way everybody wins. Or, one side wins, and the other side congratulates itself on winning. knowutahmsayin?

Overall, I'm still reeling at the huge wins this weekend.

We had so many operations going on at once and backup plans that it was impossible for us to fail, despite Scientologists and Trolls trying their damndest all weekend.

Another thing about this, looking back, is how many backup plans and how intricate this whole thing was to plan. We tried to cover every possible contingancy that the Scilons would throw at us. Everyone came together to do their part and knew what to do, even the fiasco with the car and phone was fixed.

It took into account that even if the Scilons shut down one of our operations, getting all four pulled was an impossibility.

It also took into account the possibility that Anons would not be abl to attend or something came up at the last minute, etc. When "I didn't wake up in time" is a valid excuse to miss a global I wasn't expecting everyone who said they would show up to actually do so at 9:30 in the morning and miss a few hours of the con The freebie table was brilliant, because no matter what happened, even if another anon didn't even show up or if Scientology got us kicked out from somehow protesting and dropping info near the convention - they could do nothing about the freebie table - and it wouldn't have needed to rely on other anons or anyone else once the Con approved it.

So much work went in to this that I'm totally burned out.

I think I need to take a break from Chanology for a while and focus on the comic and some more behind the scenes stuff than actual raiding until about, oh, September. Plus my health has been rapidly failing over the past few months and I'm moving at the end of next month.

I think I pulled a good tour of duty, I need a little bit of shore leave

I saw Xenu there on Saturday and a few other Anons by the trolley station.

The LRH comic booth made me lol...WTF? And the exhibitors had their guards up w/ arms crossed.

*****also, did anyone catch Robert Smigel/Triumph interviewing the Battlestar Galactica guy?? He made a Scilon joke.....i repeat...HE MADE A SCILON JOKE!
