It's hard to say. Certainly Ronbot Rules of Order were broken. But laws.... by appearances, these characters were authorized to be where they were. Some privacy seems to have been violated, but thats more of a civil issue than a criminal issue. One that would primarily fall between those who's files were opened and the cult itself.

Certainly the cult will baww long and hard over this, but personally, I'm not seeing much that would justify any kind of violation of YouTubes TOS or a takedown.

Ultimately, these guys are simply whistleblowers demonstrating just what a sham any expectation of privacy is with regards to Scientology Auditing records.

Also...not if it is a prank, as I have yet to see any exterior shots or Scieno symbols. A d00d standing inside a room with huge piles of folders and some d00d rambling inside a sauna or in a kitchen(?), all on blurrycam, is bizarre, however.

I don't think they are two random guys. I vote for two Scilons. Their familiarity with the folders. Where to look. Reading a word-clearing list without a "WTF" in his voice. Reading "TRs and objectives" without a "WTF" in his voice. The comfort level.

Could be ex-Scilons, but if they were I don't think they would just be jacking around. They would be there with a purpose. These are two Scilons who were assigned to some scut work who finally reached the point of, "I don't give a crap."

Unless this "prank" was staged so articulately that even the myspace account mentioning Scientology is fake, I for one thing they are scilons, and the video is damning evidence that can get both Robert Wallace and the Dallas org in trouble.

I've heard of cases where if a public or staff fucks up REALLY BAD, he or she get put through heavy ethics, where the offender in question is given the "choice" between "joining" the Sea Org, or getting a SP declare.
When he or she "chooses" to "join", they get insti-RPFed.

I remember seeing photos of a Dallas protest a couple of moths ago, and there was a young $cilon guy in a suit taking pictures of anons. Looks like the same guy, in full rebellion.
