looked this case up and found this, so cocks and all.

French authorities decided not to press charges in the Ballo case, although Scientology executive Jean-Jacques Mazier was convicted of manslaughter for the suicide of Patrice Vic in Lyon in 1996.

AGP was cited for violating committing PC 594(A)(2)(A) of the penal code... vandalism less than $400.00. Case No. SWM084862.

After Catherine Fraser submitted "evidence" that the vandalism of the flowers cost the cult in excess of $1,000, the District Attorney upped the charges to a Class B misdemeanor.. PC M594(B)(1) - Vandalism Greater $400.00.

AGP is to be formally arraigned at the Murrieta courthouse in Riverside County on Monday, July 6, 2009 at 7:30 AM. AGP has admitted guilt in the vandalism to the officers that cited him, and said as much in videos, as a protest against Scientology's homophobia. He's informed me he plans to plead "Not Guilty" in the matter.

Anon Orange has been charged with PC 602 -Trespassing on real property w/out consent and PC M242 Battery on a Peace Officer. Both are misdemeanors. Case No. SW D08300041. He has plead not guilty to the charges. His trial was scheduled to start June 15, but a judge accepted a motion filed by AO's attorney to reschedule the trial to start on Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at 8:30 AM at the Murrieta Courthouse.

Re: Update in Headley and DeCrescenzo cases.

They e-filed the expected motions to dismiss last night. I have not had a chance to study the motions but in the mandatiory "meet and confer " process the main aguments were based on staute of limitation defenses.

Documents filed in federal court are available on line to anyone with a credit card and a Pacer account. Anyone interested in doing this can PM me and I will provide the data.

We will be cross-moving for summary judgement on the "employment issue", and have started that process under the local rules. Basically, we are contending that the "volunteer" and "waiver" defenses fail as a matter of law.

There has been some outside interest in helping us file motions for a TRO ( temporary restraining order) on coerced abortions. That is under consideration.

An important issue being raised in Laura's case is the validity of the various purported waivers, confidentialty agreements, and penalty clauses they make people sign to get out. Marc and Claire escaped while Laura tried to "route out" as they say in the jargon.

We have collected several documents used by the scientology enterprise to intimidate departing "employees". One such example purports to be a termination of employment agreement.

We are looking for more examples of routing out agreements and persons willing to be witnesses or otherwise be involved in the mission to establish that such "settlement agreements" are illegal and unenforceable.

HT: Thanks for the list. It's amazing when it's all put together.

A weakness in WWP is that with the range and volume of topics things like this list get lost in a lot of chat and eventually fall off the end. Can the site rise to a kind of internal Wiki library where essential docs are kept with no chat but updated? Or have a summary or list which can be updated at the start of the thread to save ploughing through 400 posts when you're away for a couple of days?

From cruising around, there was some development in the Sklars SCOTUS case (seemed to be positive). The French case: all witnesses heard, judges now retired, judgment expected in August.
