The "Clear Expansion Committee" directory of 2002 is interesting, as it
lists name of contact people which purpose is to "coordinate all
Scientologists and Scientology groups and uniting their efforts to clear
their area through broad scale dissemination and delivery of the tech."
In it, you will find organization names such as WISE-linked entities,
ABLE-linked entities, Volunteer Ministers, and also post such as "Poets
and Writers Guild I/C," "Community Choir I/C," "Boy Scouts I/C," "Girl
Scouts Leader I/C," etc.

I started indexing these documents so that they can be found (they are
pure PDF with embedded scans in a ZIP file, so search engines ignore these)

VITAL TARGETS:

1. Realize that Scientology is the only route out to total freedom and allow nothing to get in the way of driving volume public onto the bridge to total freedom.
2. If any arget gets bugged, see the clear expansion committee chairman and ensure the target is debugged with application of HCO PL 23 Aug 79R DEBUG TECH CHECKLIST.

OPERATING TARGETS:

1. Strengthen any ongoing actions that are resulting in members of your ABLE unit getting public recovered onto public service.
2. Have all members of your ABLE unit do the full golden age of tech recovering students and PCs drills.
3. Have all members of your ABLE unit list out every Scientologist in the area who they know is not currently on service. Brief them on their role in helping to get volume public recovered onto service. Brief them on the current FSM award game.
4. Coordinate with all other members in your ABLE unit with regard to their lists of people not on service. Work out who is going to contact each person.
5. Get members of your ABLE unit getting these Scientologists contracted and recovered back into service.
6. CONDITIONAL: For those members in the ABLE unit who work in an ABLE group (e.g., an applied scholastics school, narconon group etc.) have them get any Scientologists in that group onto service.
7. Form up teams of Scientologists who are involved in the ABLE sector. Have them go to all ABLE groups in the area (e.g., applied scholastics schools, twth groups, narconons, etc.). Get the Scientologists in these groups into the org to see the golden age of tech video and the golden age of tech for OTs video. Get them onto their golden age of tech TIP routing form and onto service.

USING ORIENTATION TO RECOVER SCIENTOLOGISTS BACK ONTO THE BRIDGE

8. Have all members of your ABLE unit see the orientation film in a new unit of time.
9. Have all members of your ABLE unit drill bringing in public to see the orientation film to get them recovered back onto the bridge.
10. With use of the orientation film, get public recovered onto service by member of your ABLE unit.

INCREASING COMPETANCE IN CAPITALIZING ON THE GOLDEN AGE OF TECH TO RECOVER SCIENTOLOGISTS BACK ONTO THE BRIDGE

11. Have all members of your ABLE unit get briefed on the golden age of tech:

Um, is this THE document we have been waiting for. The one that clearly shows CoS and all its fronts are linked, and all fronts are there to get people into CoS, and thus all fronts are not secular and break their tax exemptions as they are methods to bring people in?

Is this the one that has to go to the feds and any city dealing with any front group!?

WHOA SHIT! Someone help me understand this crap please. The Clearwater directory is super pertenant to my interests. All those people listed are they targets for disseminating, or are they Scilons disseminating??? This is super important because some positions on the list are interesting. Boy and Girl Scout leaders. People in schools. Tutors. Cub Scouts! alond with the usual front groups. IS THIS MASSIVE INVASION IN CLEARWATER WITH THE NOW PROVEN PURPOSE OF DISSEMINATING SCIENTOLOGY!?

Actually, in relation to the IRS, secular and religious isn't THAT big a deal. Both secular charities and religious organizations fit under the same tax deductible rule.

Even pubs orgs' selling of LRH science fiction are admitted to be a Scientology PR ploy in their IRS filings, because they make the argument "We know selling LRH sci-fi looks commercial at first glance, Mr Tax Man, but once you realise it's done to recruit for our cult, you understand that it's acually done for tax-deductible cultish reasons."

What IS significant, however, is that it adds another way in that they are connected and not independent organizations.

Scientology entities and tech are for-profit, secular non-profit, or religious depending on who they're dealing with. So when you take statements made in one context and give them to people who Scientology talked to in a conflicting context, THEN you're doing something genius.

For example: Taking the statement that LRH sci fi is cult recruitment - which was a good statement to make to the IRS - and give it to book stores and libraries. They won't like that.

As with the documents in this thread: Most effective with those who have been told "we're an independent entity, not affiliated with Scientology".

Actually Vir, what I find most important is that Narconon is allowed to be a rehab center ONLY because it is secular. If it were not secular it could not operate at all.

Also, the tax exemptions read differently for each one, so they can claim and deny all day there is no connection (which gets people in). Even if all this does is prove the connection and force them all to use the same tax exemption, then legally they have to admit its all the same.

ALSO, CCHR participates in political stuff. A 501 no-no. So if CCHR IS THE COS, the COS is breaking its 501.

So this is very epic IMO.

I could be wrong about this (not a lawyer, not a taxfag and not from US) but, if memory serves, don't the CCHR have tax exempt status because they are listed as a Scientology entity? Wouldn't that have been a 501 no-no at the time if it applied?
