WISE soit un Hubbard College. C'est un projet officiel du groupe des 4. On

The fundraising for the renovation project of the First Ideal Org in Canada (Quebec city) is DONE. This is also the first "french" ideal org on the planet. It will take 3 to 4 months to renovate the org. That's mean that by Nov 2008 Qc will be ready for the Grand opening. Guy is on the ship celebrating...and for MDV2008
As u know, the translation of TWTH booklet in "Quebecois" is well I/P. Since we are done with Qc, we are pushing the translation through (3 weeks to complete is enough).
We are planning to distribute next automn 1 million booklets, 50,000 WTH french illustrated posters and 50,000 Way to Happiness 2009 calendars in Quebec city.
Would it be possible for you to come over to Quebec by then, to launch with us TWTH foundation Qc?

My 2 cents, even if I am not an ex:
- WISE Treasure should be the money WISE members give on top of their fee. If played well, the "My donation is bigger than yours" can make wonders. There are testimonies of affluent people pushed under pressure to contribute to a specific project (like here).
- St Hill was the center of scientology for many years when LRH lived there. It was used as a reference for other organizations. As it turn out that it was slightly optimistic, the term seems to be less used nowadays. The new term is "Ideal Org", but I don't know if it refers to a fixed size or an adapted objective depending on the present size of each org.

TBH I think (based on what we see in letters and stuff) that its flexible. Lets face it, OT9 doesn't get released to all orgs are st. hill size. If you wanted to rush out OT9 then you could downsize the facilities and capabilities and staff at SH to that of the smallest org. you'd then meet requirements beings that every org would then be the same or bigger (in terms of facilities and staff) than st. hill. After OT9 is released you could bump up the SH size again.

Confront Davis with the confidential works of L. Ron Hubbard and ask why there are threats of pneumonia for those who read it.

If the release of OT IX was able to be manipulated in the way you describe, it would have been out long ago.

Nothing in Scientology is flexible, because that would entail being reasonable. Hubbard was positively rabid about being "reasonable". It was, for all intents and purposes, counter-intention and counter-survival. Hubbard loathed anyone in Scientology being reasonable or any facsimile thereof.

Being reasonable, after all, allows one to let people "waffle" on committing to Scientology with the whole of their minds and wallets, because a "reasonable" FSM or Regge will allow themselves to be swayed by the excuses of someone who balks at paying $4000+ for their L Rundowns or the like.

St. Hill was a carrot on a stick that was doomed to failure. Hubbard exhorted his minions to "boom all the Orgs to St. Hill size". This edict was issued when St. Hill was in "affluence". When it had peak numbers of students and auditors. However, the very structure of Scientology assured the doom of such a venture, as Scientology is designed to extract the maximum amount of dedication, money and energy from each individual who falls into the clutches of it.

Hubbard was hoping that there would be a very, very swift winning of the masses to Scientology to fulfill this mad desire, but the concept was stillborn because the façade was already cracking in places.
