On April 2, 2009 a lawsuit was filed in the Superior Court of the State of California in Los Angeles.

In the suit attorney Barry Van Sickle represents Laura Ann DeCrescenzo against the Church of Scientology International and DOES 1-20. It is case number BC411018

Laura’s story can be found on WWP and elsewhere on the internet. IMHO it has already made many people cry and many others rage. This is a story of a little ten year old girl who became a young woman who was severely punished and abused on staff during those years, whose marriage was ruined and who was driven to the point of desperation by an uncaring cult who treated her no better than a slave. And while denying her her basic human rights outside the public’s view, that same disingenuous cult promotes its alleged support for human rights around the world so as to further develop its phony religious cloaking it uses to try to hide its abuses from public scrutiny.

This case includes many of the things covered in the Headleys’ cases and additionally covers other important matters.

See it focus on vital matters such as human trafficking, obstruction of justice by organized scientology, its illegal exit actions taken to intimidate and quiet people who want to leave staff and much more. It points out the vast difference between the benign staff-scientology that organized scientology wants the world to think exists and the real staff-scientology that exists to abuse children, destroy families, traffic in humanity and to deny the basic human rights that so many of us cherish.

Read the complaint. It doesn’t just point out abuse, it points out complete barbarism on the part of organized scientology and its treatment of employees.

It also states important arguments to help extend the time period where others can file for justice.

This is now a legal public record as will be much more that will follow with respect to this suit. I say use it in every way possible to help spread the truth and to thus help end these horrid abuses.

Just finished reading Infinite Conplacency. I do have a couple of questions. By the people who where aware of this suit I was lead to believe that it involved DM directly and that it was of a nature that is different than a lawsuit before it.

First let me say that I am very happy that this woman is seeking justice, however and I do mean this with respect I don't understand how this is much different than Claire's case. (other than the bleach) I only have read infinite Complacency and will skim the links given by larry later.

I also would like to ask what was the delay in posting ? and why it could not be said that another "Headley Style" case was soon to be filed?

I wish all those who are being represented by Mr. van Sickle luck ! (and from what I have read they shouldn't need it. )

And yes Larry you delivered again :)

Wow. This poor woman suffered terribly.. I can't believe she started working for scientology at the age of 9 and separated from her family at age 12.

Ex-scientologists should do like scientology has done to the IRS and file over 2000 lawsuits to shut these bastards down quick.

The DM stuff has yet to come. Other things will be happening that are related to DM.

There are actually several things in the works and getting all of them to happen is not so much in our direct control but we know that they are being worked on.

DM will involved in many if not all of these things and some of them will have to do with him specifically.

When they happen I will post dox and links. Until then we will let this one sink in.

Gawd this is SO righteous!

DM is 100% in control of both corporations involved in these suits as well as the rest of organized scientology. Not to mention that many of the abuses covered by these suits have been carried out in the lair of the dwarf itself. A place he runs with a brutal iron fist that is completely under his command. A place where razor wire fences, brutal security and an air of oppression is created in the very image of his dark soul.

And he has perjured himself repeatedly about the very fact of his controls. And, he has carried out a multi-decade campaign of abuse to seize and hold that control. And, he is thus responsible for many of the abuses covered in these suits. And, that is not even mentioning additional actions like these and other different ones even more directly involving DM.

Shall I give another prediction? LOL

Nah, not this time.

IMHO DM has a date with Karma and it will not end well for him.
