I think I've said this before ...but say what you want about how weird, creepy etc Miami is. However, at least they're doing events and earnestly trying to expand. In NY, they have the regular calendar events every year and that's it. In Buffalo, they have the calendar events and no one ever shows up. At least Miami is doing something ...fail as it is :P

When I was in I used to postulate that the traffic lights change for me when I was running late. It usually worked too. Then later I figured out that it was just rush hour and they had the lights synced.

A scientologist will postulate a prize being in their box of crackerjacks and then be amazed when they find one and talk about it at their graduation ceremony. Then everyone will clap and someone will say 3 cheers for LRH and then everyone will stand while the CO yells HIP HIP and the then everyone yells HOORAY. Then they eat cookies and drink punch while undernourished staff members try to sell them books or CDs so they can buy food the next week.
