Looks like David Miscavige's sister Denise made a mess at Bryan Zwan's Digital Lightwave. She's been out-PR, out-ethics and out-2D.

Fellow Scientologist Chuck Anderson outs her in this exasperated KR, a copy of which ended up in the latest lawsuit against Digital Lightwave, by Seth Joseph. This explosive and damaging material was previously in private arbitration, which awarded Seth Joseph $3,896,487 for violations of the Whistleblower Act when he was fired for refusing to participate in massive inventory and securities fraud by, among others, the twin sister of David Miscavige.

Zwan would have been wise just to cough up the dough. Instead they appealed the arbitration award out into the public record.

Seth Joseph writes in his notes:

"We left the building and walked for about 40 minutes. He told me that he could not terminate Denise without greatly damaging his standing in the Church of Scientology because Denise is the sister of the Chairman of the Board of the Church, Mr. Miscavige.

Bryan has devoted many years to the church and values his standing in the church. The sister of the Chairman had to be protected according to Bryan. He also said that Denise's husband, Sam, had come into his office and said that Denise would not be the only one to take a fall of she was accused."

Ouch. That isn't the only explosive regulation.

Seems Denise Miscavige (Licciardi but only in name) has other character quirks that are decidedly out-PR. She screams, swears and screws her co-workers (in more ways than one).

Scientologist Chuck Anderson had to deal with Denise on the job for months and finally couldn't take it any more, and wrote up a report on her, including these juicy tidbits:

IT'S SEX!

"Collapsed Dynamics. Denise is operating with collapsed dynamics so has no problem expecting other people to do the same. Denise is married to Sam Licciardi and Jerry Gentile is also married. However, they are spending days, evenings, weekends together.

I've already had my junior on OT VII ask me if Jerry and Denise had a 2D going. I told him no, they're both married, but they're leaving themselves wide open to speculation.

On New Year's Eve, actually at 2:30 A.M., Sam Licciardi and his daughter came to Manufacturing looking for Denise who had already finished off production and was out having a drink with Jerry and several of my employees. Sam gave me a bewildered look."

(I bet when Sam Licciardi decided to marry the sister of his "religious" leader, he didn't expect he'd have to grow horns to do it.)

IT'S SCANDAL!

"Out-PR. Denise uses a lot of foul language in front of non-Scientologists. On more than one occasion I've watched people's negative reactions to it. There is a local ethnic and foul language is not a part of it, especially coming from a woman.

I also had one of my juniors, Maureen Holley, come up to me and ask me to do something about Denise because she's out of control. In this incident, Denise had signed her name across about seven steps of a routing form. These steps had not actually been done and she was ranting and raving at that point too."

(Sounds like she's truly her brother's sister.)

IT'S A DIGITAL CRIME WAVE!

The SEC brought a now-settled action against DIGL and Zwan for massive fraud. In their usual pitiable manner, they settled out of court with the cruel punishment of making Zwan sign an agreement not to commit illegal acts in the future:

"The Securities and Exchange Commission ("Commission") announced today that it had brought a federal civil action against Digital Lightwave, Inc. ("Digital") and Bryan J. Joseph ("Joseph"), the former senior executive vice-president of Digital, in connection with a fraudulent earnings management scheme which took place during 1997 and involved the recognition of revenues based on fraudulent bill and hold transactions and other transactions which were incomplete or contained material contingencies."

Yes, it's a public company. In this case, Scientology wasn't directly involved, insofar as they weren't sued for fraud for Scientology, but for repeatedly misstating earnings, based on blatant inventory fraud on the part of Denise Miscavige. Of course, Zwan was keeping Denise there because he was afraid to fire her because it would damage his standing in the cult.

i knew sam a long time ago. h's ok. Question-does dm have any other sisters?? i need to know this becaz i have a story to tell, but i'm not sure if it's about denise or another sister he may have. if he does, is she older or younger than him?? ps sam used to be married to someone else but i forget who. she was in the so too.

D.M. does have a younger sister. Her name is Laurie and last I heard she was raising a large family in New Hampshire. She was married to a non-scio and not particularly active on lines. Very down to earth. Denise's behavior isn't anything new.

based on the above info about dm having a younger sister, i believe denise had sex problems at a very young age, probably 14 or 15. i was at flag when the whole misc. family came there. part of why they had come was becaz denise either was pregnant or just having a very hot affair with a guy old enuf to know better-ron moss[later a manager for chick corea].
i believe his dad, ron m. sr., also had problems in that area or another.let's just say it was a very disfunctional family then.
but little d.m. started in the s.o. then doing unprofesional photos and films with lrh.
if you go to the reed s. site there's alot there about denise and digital lit. co.
