Good to see Birmingham (Go Brumanon!) and Plymouth (Where that horrible OTVIII lady is who stole Stu's placards) are in the FAIL list. No complacency though because this also means that there are an awful lot of orgs that have achieved a min of 2x on the OTVII programme. This is a long haul chaps and chapesses, NO GIVING UP.

For example, there's no mention of any orgs managing to 3X... Or of how many people got rushed through OTVII, contributed their stat, but then left...

I expect that we will see OTIX and X being released before the end of the year. The cult is gradually reduced the global requirements for release (St. Hill size, then 'Ideal Org' size, now this) and since they are in desperate desperate need of something positive this year, I imagine that at the October Big Event thingy in St Hill the release will get announced.

I'm sure they'd love to see us there guize!

hmmm, now around 1990 when I was on the freewinds there were more than 800 OTVIII's. And all OTVIII must have completed 7 first to get onto 8.

Due to accounting procedures, the fractional OT VII's are the missed BT or BT clusters, it is NOTs significant however, as the trend was CLEARLY not one fucking clear, and less OT's ...JB was right...just like the first clear was announced in 1950 in LA and I forgot her name, but I am CLEAR, and know that John McMaster was also announced the first clear in 1965. Would the real LRH please step forward!
