I've heard this comment about briefcases before but I haven't seen it in any outside publications (e.g. newspapers, TV, magazines, etc.). Has it been stated on the record by anyone else?

1982-1989 I was a "briefcase guy" too.
OT7 is the only OT (not really, but it sells well) Level where you do your own auditing and carry the super confidential (now out on the internet) docs around with you between sessions. Normally these are locked up in a safe or locked closet but they also get carried around a lot.

The briefcases are actually full of body thetans that could get out and infest others. Oh, wait, I mean the paper worksheets that record body thetans being freed up and leaving the area to go infest others if they feel like it. The cases also contain the session correction list that OT7s use to try to remedy session mishaps such as body thetans misbehaving or doing wild things and being very un-Scientologist like. ;-P

i remember that.i cracked up in a TV interview trying (unsuccessfully) to be serious while recounting the OT3 stuff. ZOMG. That was memorable for me.

Excellent idea. I've always thought articles on sci should only be listed in the "finance" categories. Sci is about the money, the whole money and nothing but the money. It could be "The Money Rundown" series.

Behind your Reed Slatkin's and Feshback's, there's hundreds more in their shadows. Then there's your unWise biz setups. And there's not an MLM or pyramid scheme that scino's haven't plunged into with zest. There's a treasure trove just in the field of how sci's finance their bridge and books and neverending fundraising projects.

The financial life of a sci is a perfect study on everything you should never ever do with your money and assets. Financial Planners could sell it as a course.

Little more on locked briefcases. This starts on OT3. The purpose of course is just more moonbat window dressing to reinforce how dangerous it is (u know, die of pneumonia and other pests) so you're carrying around a lethal virus. Then there's SP's everywhere who could steal it and do god knows what with it.

In actual fact, money motivation, as usual, was also partially behind this...wouldn't want anyone to get this powerful stuff for free. Or those dastardly press guys get ahold of it.

Most sci's don't know how closely they are watched and guarded the day they are scheduled to read that xenu story. Many have been known to storm out going "I spent all this time and money for this crap?!"

Have raiders carry around handcuffed briefcases clearly labeled SECRET ANONYMOUS DOCUMENTS - DO NOT LOOK OR YOU'LL DIE OF PNEUMONIA. Inside, store flyers, your mask, leaked OT levels, or even cake.

Actual contents limited only by your imagination. Here's one: spring-loaded thetan dolls, like those novelty cans with the snakes.
