OK, now that the subjectline has got your attention.....
Cult VMs in the UK are in a town called Cockermouth in CUMbria (yes, internationalfags, they are real places) and they are trying to use their OT powers to stop floods (but mostly just wanting to touch people with their fingers and make origami boats out of TWTH leaflets). Biblical floods and Scientology don't mix well. If DM had his way he would muster the entire town, make them stand still for hours while he berated them, assigned them confusion and make them stay up all night making sand bags.
