What's REALLY going to piss him off is trying to track down the hundreds of mirrored videos lurking on YT without handy search tags or titles that essentially are identical to the videos he DMCA's.

It's not that hard create a new YT account completely unrelated to your Chanology / Anon one, make a duplicate of the Schaper Sucks videos, insert a still picture of, say, Mariah Carey at the 25, 50 and/or 75% marks in your video (in other words, if your video is exactly 10 minutes long, YT grabs stills at the 2:30, 5:00 and 7:30 minute marks), and then distribute it as a Mariah Carey fan video, with ratings and comments disabled, when, in actuality, the only Mariah Carey content is that single still picture used as the icon for the video...which is one of the Oschaper Sucks videos.

Substitute a variety of popular characters/people for "Mariah Carey" and you get a lot of new people watching and learning that Scientology and Oliver Schaper are both ridiculous.

And it is damn hard to track all ten thousand of those videos down without any helpful tags or titles.

Good luck with that, Ollie. Your butthurt is getting observed by non-Anons all over the globe, and they may be a bit chapped that the video they wanted to see isn't actually a Mariah Carey video, but they are still watching...and laughing.

Not necessarily that, but as someone in the media industry, he does know DMCA ramifications and the risks inherent in making false claims. He also knows now that Anon knows something about that too, which is why he isn't taking that approach anymore like he did with HouseSpider and Anonpeg at the beginning. He knows that there are people who will counter-claim if those people believe they have a case, and are willing to take this as far as necessary. That's why he's lined his ducks in a row in order to give himself a case. He believes he has enough on his side to make him confident of victory in a court of law. He's taking a pragmatic approach to this rather than an emotional one. Emotions don't cut it in a court of law.
