Couple of points, as someone who has dealt with this nonsense a lot. (Disclaimer: I'm not a lawyer, but a fairly well-known web-writer who has had to deal with copyright issues almost constantly)

First, let him baaaw all he likes about the photo. He has a mild case if the photo was indeed "private." Given it was published on the web, pft on that nonsense. If one were to take that photo, post it online, and say, somehow profit from it (or prevent him from profiting from it), again he'd kinda sorta have a case.*

BUT, the photos posted all parody the original published photo. Sites like SA and Fark will, I'm sure, proudly tell you how many times they've been threatened by lawyers over shit like this; the ratio of threats to actual suits is likely somewhere on the order of 9000 > .001.

Of course, that won't stop Ollie from trying. Anyone who looks long enough can find a greedy lawyer willing to waste their cash.* That lawyer would first have to get your name, which I'm pretty sure requires a subpoena- and that's before he can try to sue. Then, they've gotta send a c & d to prove he tried to protect the copyright. Then, he's gotta prove the content's infringing and not protected (ha, see parody, above), and then prove damages. For each video: lather, rinse, repeat.

Of course, he knows all of this already, which is why he's wasting all his time c/ping his own stupid threat letters. Nobody with an actual lawyer says the retarded things he's saying.

*In theory..but no lawyer would touch it. See, damages collected have to > than fees.

tl;dr, it's perfectly legal to annoy somebody by parodying their image, even if they originally published that image. In fact, that's how parodists stay in business.
