Two people is enough. We've had one man protests here. Tokyo had a one man protest too. So long as you keep it up long enough (and advertise your local protest organising site or enturb) you'll get recruits eventually.

Yes we have. We used to have a blogger where we stored everything but now we're making a bigger and better page to get everything organized. The only successful raid we've had is the March 15th where people actually showed up, more anons where scheduled to arrive but they had to cancel. In PR we have about 10-20 anons that are aware of chanology in PR.
