If he really thinks about getting legal done he should be advised to contact Ursula Cabertas office in Hamburg, she can help.

At least she can get him in contact with graham berry, to get legal help in the US on this case.

We can offer him to spread the word of the case during the coming protest in germany, since all german cells protest the 18th, we can have specially made flyers...

How do we report fraudulent Medicare claims like this? There must be an abuse # listed on a website somewhere...

That's an unusual enough name that they should be able to look up claims for that patient, verify who he is, etc, and learn that he is "in the care of" an organization that could easily have paid for his care. There's no reason that California taxpayers should be paying for the care that should be provided by an extraordinarily wealthy "non-profit organization".

I am terribly sorry to hear about your loss, this is why we protest.

I am not familiar with the American laws all i know is that according to the info available in Europe scientology would be prosecuted no matter which claim they made. Be it for non assistance or for illegal practice of medicine. Not to sound vindictive and impersonal but please do what ever it takes to bring justice upon scientology it won't bring back your parent but it will save other RPF detainees lives.

I hope that he didn't suffer too much, may he rest in peace.

I'm so sorry to hear about this. MS varies from person to person and while there is no cure, it can be treated with the right medication and program. Unfortunately for Uwe Stuckenbrock, Scientology doesn't believe in the kind of medicine that could have greatly improved the quality of his life, if not saved it.

At the global this coming weekend, if Anons are asked, they should tell the story of Uwe and his tragic death at the hands of the COS's merciless and inhumane RPF.

Was Uwe still a German citizen? If so, that opens up all sorts of investigation possibilities into this unnecessary tragedy.

What sort of 'church' forces its followers to suffer in this way? Not one that has any business being on this planet, that's for sure. Good can come out of this, if we can get the relevant authorities involved.

This is infuriating. The cult is treating people like private property, doing whatever they like with them, hiding info, lying about things, failing to notify families...AND THE CITY OF L.A. LETS THEM DO IT.

Big Blue should be the receipient of the biggest motherfucking raid in the world! Every RPF member should be given a week of R&R before being asked if they actually are there of their own free will...away from minders, watchers and handlers.

Health of every RPF member should be evaluated. People who are ill need to be given qualified medical care, and the cult, which is responsible for their well-being, should foot the bills.

How long is this miserable, vile, abusive organization going to be allowed to continue? I feel so badly for Uwe's relatives, desperate for any word. THIS IS JUST WRONG! I don't care HOW MANY politicians Scientology has in its pocketses. They need to be exposed and destroyed.

I guess we're on the right track, though. When Scientology is widely known for what it truly is, it will become political suicide to support them in any way.
