There are similarities to the fair game stories reported by Paulette Cooper and others, but some notable differences. The OP has referred to 'org staff' a few times, and suggested that Scientology is in fact the people harassing her;

but what's missing is the reason why she's their number 1 kiwi target.

A high-profile ex, or a very noisy protester might do it. Stretching credibility here, but yah, they've done similar crap before. If OP isn't an ex-scn, and hasn't had a history of criticizing them for them to maintain a campaign like the one described, beggars belief.

Writing a letter to your MP doesn't cut it. Calling the cops doesn't cut it. CoS doesn't afraid of angry letters to MPs and calls to the popo.

At most a single, or a few sharp and nasty attacks- are how they'd respond to the level of heat she's implied bringing.

Dear Anonymous, don't pull the thread. Please ring the Mp office in broadmeadows, Victoria, to clariff at least, that me, the strange woman came into their office about 9.30am yesterday and asked if they had seen some workman and the incident outside their office. Aus (03) 9309- 3655. I'm not thread shitting, I've never had a mental illness, never taken any medication, and i have talked it out with friends, those who haven't had the same issues themselves and those who are having funny issues themselves, and they all say that I need to keep safe and most of them will not got out public with me now, incase they start having issues as well. My ex says that they are very bored people and that's what Australians do for fun and just to ignore it, its only mind games, they will move onto someone else eventually. The police said they don't keep records of this sort of stuff, only crimes and yes a camera would be good. i already thought of that, but they are so quick with their responses, its bloody hard. I thought if someone went to the Meadows playgroup and asked around if someone told them, say from the council, that one of their female volunteers had a mental illness then that could be the start of an investigation, but know ones going to do that.
And you are right, I can't say for sure that its sc. But I suppose you didn't have to be very bright to see that it was something criminal, some group who talks about Alice and wonderland, some group that wants to intimidate, some group that has lots of power and influencing the local council, some group who runs business packages for tafes, and seems to be good at destroying people with plenty of time and resource. And if someone finds out that it isn't sc, that would be great for them as well. But my bets with them. And yes, how many other victims are there out there, who are not coming forward, or are written off as crazy, I am really concerned.

OP, if you're serious try to present your story in less wall of text, with more coherent example-by-example specifics so we can understand.

Everyone knows the Co$ Fair Games people, but aside from telling you "always have a camera and report any crimes against you to the police" (and see a doctor) there's not much to figure out from your posts to tell you except generic advice.

For people to tell you their opinion on that, they need more than vague pronouns and an out-of-context story. Where was this? Who are "they?" What is an MP's office? Military Police? Some Aussie term I don't know? What council?

Remember that your story is only familiar in your head. You have to think in terms of what your audience knows vs. what you need them to know. You aren't filling in those blanks for us.

Or you're trollin' or crazy, or course.

But if you keep posting like that you're going to deservedly get rofl'd at and get a lot of "cool story, bro - tell your shrink."

Oh thanks new friend, I'm not sure that its because they want to get me, but they are certainly enjoying playing me. My god how many people have they done this too. I want justice for all those victims of this and to stop this. I've had a full on long life, so far, and if I had developed a mental illness, i can tell you that those creases in my face will tell you that its a miracle if thats the case, to get it so late in life. Isn't paranoid schitsophrena developed before 35y.o. or so. Well I have faith and self love and do not believe that there is not anything wrong with me.
