Maybe in Riverside County, however, if they ignore videotaped evidence of foul play and entrapment, as well as eyewitness testimony, AO will pwn them in the appeals court. As long as AO's lawyer has got brains and skills and has consulted Graham Berry, AO should have a fair chance, if not better.

The question is, would a jury or judge be appropriate. Jurors can be retarded and be prejudicial (and in Anons case, that can be very likely). A judge, however, can also be biased. I would like to know the presiding judge is on this case.
