In any case, this is insane. Why isn't anything happening about the corrupt cops in Riverside? Why on earth isn't anybody paying attention? This is so enraging. Thie things that have happened surrounding Gold Base recently are so terrible, I can't believe FBI hasn't gone in there yet. WTF is it going to take? For the Scientologists to shoot a protester? Because at this point, it seems like they could very well even get away with that if they wanted to...and I'm sure they wouldn't have a problem with doing that.

Basicly.
here in the Netherlands you can use a reasonable amount of force to restrain someone you catch in the act of committing a crime, you are then required to turn them over to law enforcement as soon as possible.
Asking a cop to do his job would not be a citizen's arrest. (And yes we all know that this doesn't really constitute doing their job, but you catch my drift.)
