Well, that took me forever and a half to catch up on.

I was just thinking... It's kind of funny how there's been speculation as to whether or not AO will beat the rap for trespassing because of behavior, location, etc and the Scilons possibly have a case, blah blah. Then they try to pull the same bullshit (citizens arrest, trespassing) on the Marks when it's absolutely freaking obvious there is no case. It's like they got cocky thinking they'd found their silver bullet and in doing so gave us a chance to get it unquestionably right this time.

Here is what we do know. The cop lied about having to take the two Marks into custody.

He then played good cop to Twin A. But lo and behold, Twin B is no longer there.
They know they have a Twin raising a stink in a Board meeting about her sister.

We know Scientology lies. Twin B may be there or may not be there.
Twin A doesn't know if Twin B is dead buried in the desert, a hostage, or at deaths door like Lisa Mcpherson. Twin B has the right not to have any contact with Twin A...but Twin A has the right to look into having her declared incompetent and take care of her medical issues if she is at death's door.


The guy playing Bad Cop then Good Cop still deserves scrutiny. I hope Twin A has enough strength to pursue the location of her sister and not just trust the cop and Scientology.

Mark Bunker was in the middle of their entry when he was arrested. He was in the public easement and cars could get in and out....but he was stopped in the middle of their entry.

I am sure Tommy Davis and Jeff Hawkins ex-wife are cooking up ways to try to entrap protesters so that they can do a citizen's arrest.

This fat sergeant clearly went way beyond his discretionary powers as a deputy & at the very least deserves to have an Internal Affairs complaint filed against him, plus a complaint filed with the state AG's office against him and his actions, to insure the RCSD doesn't simply protect it's own, dismiss the IE complaint & bury it.

I have absolutely no faith in the professional integrity of the RCSD, Lt. Knudsen and it's deputies anymore, and I think they are very angry that so much attention and angst has popped up in their little quiet county where corruption reigns supreme. Note all the excuses they made when their deputies had no issue killing members of the Soboda Indian tribe without reservation.

They neither want the attention or the media exposure pointing towards them since anons & critics put Gold Base front & center to the abuses occurring in the cult.

Sheesh.... what's next? Deputies taking anons out to the desert, popping them and burying them in shallow graves?

AGP & yes, AO, deserve accolades for catching all this stuff on video and I hope AGP keeps the raw video on what happened and doesn't tamper with it..using music & sound effects.. which would nullify it being introduced as evidence.

AGP & others confirmed that Tom Davis & Catherine Fraser were at the Riverside hearing. Someone reported that when the two Marks arrived (don't know if AGP & Graham arrived at the same time or later), that the deputies were waiting for them; however when AGP showed up & walked by the guardhouse, he was ordered off the property by Kevin Caetano (Kirsten's hubby) and his video show them arriving later & talking to Tom & Catherine inside Gold.

If you watch AGP's video on Vimeo, you can clearly see Catherine pointing out Doug Owens to the deputy and him being arrested. You clearly see Doug in a state of shock and not understanding why he was being arrested for simply filming what was going on.

I know because you claim to be a law-enforcement officer, Forsetti, and you are prone to take the cop's side because of the brotherhood that exists between cops, but clearly the RCSD sergeant violated the law and his own oath as a deputy to be objective in this matter.
