All W U needs to send money is a person's name, address and telephone number, and the cash to send. They charge a fee but the transfer is very fast.
The sender then tells the recipient the transfer info
Transfer number
Amount
Sender
Recipient goes to a W U office
and fills out a yellow form to receive the money, presents his ID and receives bacon.

The thing on the WWP Donations page is apparently set up for office supplies, and says GB will be sent gift cards for Staples or such -- and he stated that he needs Food and Gasoline, so that's not so much help. And I'm not sure what's up with the "legal defense" thing, but it smells like it's earmarked for actual court costs, so diverting that otherwise would be malfeasance.

So, yeah, it looks at present like this will simply require the persistance of individual Anons. Although something like this might be an option:
