So, we have much more ammunition this year than we did last year. The SP Times Series, nearly three times as many exes who have spoken out, and more dox than we can shake our cocks at.

Would it be possible to get a Death Star Harpoon ready to send to the DOJ and the FBI?

What To Include:

• The most damning leaked dox we have access to.
• Links to the SP Times articles.
• A list of every ex-Scilon who spoke out (possibly their signatures, too)
• David Miscavige's violent speeches.
• LRH's crazy, anti-democratic rants
• Video evidence of their assaults on us (we have TONS of these)

Incidents happen at all types protests all the time. I actually don't think one could make a strong case that there's systematic violence by the CoS directly against its protesters. A few isolated incidents of Scientologists getting their feelings hurt and slapping a mask or kicking someone in the shins? Sure, but I don't think that's a big enough deal to warrant crying to the feds. As anons are quick to point out, the demonstrations have been remarkably peaceful in general, especially given the number of events that have taken place.

The only big cases that come to mind are the AO thing, which is in the middle of a legal dispute anyway, and the 44 incident where the error was performed by a 3rd party playing security. No doubt they had Scn's false whispers of danger in their ears, but it's not like they were commanded by Scn to tackle the guy. Yes, I understand that there have also been people that have gotten hit, but without proof it means little to the feds.

Don't get me wrong; if this project is undertaken, I'd be all for trying to include as much useful dirt as possible. I just don't think this particular angle is very strong, and I'd be concerned about it diluting the whole argument.

I believe, and this is just my opinion, that what is really going to get the FBI's interest are the "human trafficking" issues starting with what is now mentioned in the cases filed by Barry Van Sickle and expanding in what I believe is yet to be filed by him.

I think their interest will be not so much now as it will be when perhaps criminal information becomes exposed in the civil cases. Now, perhaps, they are just watching the cases.

But I think it is of interest to them as, as far as I know, Barry's cases may just be the only real human trafficking civil cases in the USA.

I would expect to see more on this filed very soon.

IMO David Miscavige is the boss of a ring that is trafficking in humanity.

What do I know of what the FBI will really do on this? Nothing. If I did know, I would certainly not be mentioning it here. But my opinion is that this is the biggest area of potential FBI/government interest.

It's topical, it is potentially a huge issue of public concern, prosecutors' IMO can become famous over major prosecutions in this area and I believe that evidence will come forth in the cases that will get the FBI involved.

It is the type of story (prosecutions on human trafficking) that could be MAJOR international news, on every major TV station in the USA, major newspapers, news magazines, etc. Yes, some prosecutor(s) could really make a name for themselves on this.

Again, nothing but an opinion.

Yes the cases are civil but human trafficking is nonetheless a major crime. Gawd I got a feeling this is going to get really hot some day. It may just be the "Achilles heel" in the monster hidden behind religious cloaking and corporate veils and this one is not a type of crime protected by corporate veils.

If we had a pool where we each got to pick a crime for which Miscavige may eventually go to jail, my pick (guess) would be human trafficking or something directly related to it. (My second guess may be related to all of Miscavige's perjury and lies to the IRS but IMO that is a distant second to human trafficking).

I think you started a potentially great thread and I was just adding to what you started.

Plus, who knows if I am right here at all? Other things you suggest would be great ideas to send to the FBI and maybe some of them will hit home yet.

I've met the FBI as per an earlier thread where organized scientology was apparently violating the law in getting into a secure airline area to try to scare me from speaking in Germany in 2008. They were a joke but it is possible that organized scientology had breeched national security and so as a citizen I made my complaint to the FBI, was interviewed by them and made a submission that including my affidavit about corporate fraud, religious cloaking to avoid the application of labor and other laws, etc.

Who knows if any of that will go anywhere? I think people like yourself trying to get ideas on the table like in this thread might just help others to think of things to file with appropriate authorities that well may have an affect well beyond anything of which I can think.

Plus an FBI agent told me that all I filed will be available to all other FBI agents through their computer systems and the same is true for anything else filed by others (such as the people reading this thread you started). He said that some times it just takes seeing the same sort of complaints a number of times to get agents interested in looking into them.

So rock on dude with your ideas. One of the truly beautiful things about Anon IMO are the completely independent thoughts and actions in a million different directions, so many of which get out more of the truth.

Kind of like a shitstorm, wild, unpredictable but ohhhh what a sight to behold!
