The Scilons seem to be placing all of their eggs in one basket with the Youth for Human Rights, which has been trying to worm its way into public schools in the USA and the UK. This group may look harmless on the outside, but like all Scilon front groups, its only purpose is to stick the parasitic LRH tech into the mainstream public, and to recruit for the cult.

YHRI is probably the least known front group of Scientology, probably because it is new and it is one of the best disguised front groups. In Indiana, it received rave reviews in Terra Haute for its school program this year. In the UK, they are petitioning to have it mandated for public schools. Connections made to Scientology in both groups are mentioned very little, if at all. Now, of all times, it is crucial to stop Scientology from gaining a foothold, now that it is severely weakened.

That is why I am proposing a new theme for July: Operation Bear Hug: Seal of Disapproval.

In the spirit of last years Operation School's Closed, we should focus on public schools and the influence Scientology is trying to gain with them. However, in the spirit of Sea Arrgh, we could also point out how they deny human rights to the very people they want to educate about human rights - children, especially in the Sea Org. We could talk about ex-scis and their stories of working full-time shifts in Scientology at very young ages, as well as the children's RPF, children's Dianetics, and so on.

For the lulz factor, we could have people in bear suits, as well as Femanons in school girl outfits.

Possibility for August/September theme rather than July, when schools are starting again after summer holidays? (Bearing in mind I am thinking UK term times, I don't know about schools in America..)

I'm not a fan of this. No offense to OP (or take offense, I couldn't care less), but this seems like something that, at best, should be done later in the summer, maybe before school opens? July should be more of a lulzy theme, since it's already gonna be murderously hot, something like a Hawaiian theme, something like that. Just think this idea would be best towards the start of school, if at all.

School girl outfits would be ideal in late August or early September, when schools are going back in session. Right now, I think something more summery would be ideal. I've heard ideas for bikini raids, which sound more appealing for all involved.
