I don't know if this is premature , but I think we should start planning something fucking EPIC for it . Toss around some ideas , we could re-invigorate some anons and ....... shit , I don't know . I just want to see and do some HUUGGGEEEEE for it . What do ya think ?

planning ahead is never a bad idea. i had in mind on the jan raid with can name it operation: anniversary year 1, because remember the whole thing started in january.

but the name Anonaversary i like, i think we should keep this idea on the back burner till december. i don't know, what does everyone else think?

BUT if we want to look on the bright side of thing there may not be a need to have an anaversary protest. Everything is moving full steam, and the scifags are dishing footbullets to themselves almost daily.

So I think you are right in saying wait until December, November at the earliest.

True, but our first global raid was on February 10th. If not celebrated in January, you know something huge has to be done for the February raid. February 10th 2009 falls on a Tuesday, so that is a possibility. If we wanted to keep with the Saturday tradition, there's the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th. The 14th is Valentines Day, so while that leaves some funny theme options, I don't know if it would be an effective protest date. Some of us actually leave our parent's basement to go on dates, maybe, sometimes, I guess.

January 14th was the start I thought... but I could be wrong. I only joined up early february, after a few months of leaving 4chan.

But yeah, we should start now. I think there should be something EPIC if we were to do anything, and EPIC things take thinking.

We should, IMO, focus more on ourselves and how awesome we are. Have signs and videos of past happenings. Have huge signs with an official list of anon accomplishments in 2008 and shove it in the faces of the scilons. Forward list to media. Make dvd's with the most memorable videos, etc.

The first Anonymous worldwide protest was on February 10th. Feb is coming up again soon. I think we ought to do something special... really special, really big. Now, I'm just tossing this out there and see if it sticks cause it's got a catchy name.

February 14th, 2009, "CreeDANCE Clearwater Revival". I think it's time to strike the "church" on it's home turf. Time to invade Clearwater FL. Hoards and hoards flocking to Clearwater, protesters on every corner, up every street, too many for even the compromised Police to stop us all. We'd shut down everything. Tent revival style.

Gotta agree - we need to do *SOMETHING*. Another idea to throw into the pot - why dont we do something big for both jan *AND* feb?! Two ridiculously huge protests one after the other. hell, better still - why dont we make it *SO HUGE*, that the protest begins in january, and finishes in feb? a month-long world-wide protest would send the scilon mothership down in glorious flames of justice and win!

Also (cocks) i was thinking about doing a special video to comemorate the aniversary, charting anons progress from the beginning, all across the first year. Will get to work on that shortly so we can get an ISO floating about in plenty of time that everyone can burn to disk and hand out at the aniversary protest(s) :D

Well jan 31st is a saturday, How about an overnight protest, a huge one. We get fireworks liscences everywhere we can and war-striders some sort of carnival as in we make music and dance but we do a 24 hour or 12 hour protest that lasts from sat 31st to Feb 1st. And we keep everything in the public concious.
