Since Keith Henson keeps getting brought up, two points should be clarified to keep the record straight:

1. Keith did not originate the "Tom Cruise Missle" a.r.s. post, he just responded to it. Which was twisted out of context by Cof$'s lawyers.

2. Keith also did not originate the GPS coordinates of Goldbase post on a.r.s. The person who did freely admitted to doing so when Keith was charged. Again, the facts were twisted out of context by Cof$ lawyers.

I appreciate the sentiment, but you often need to give the authorities the documentation yourself - either because they are short on time, or because institutional memory doesn't go that far.

The cult's motion in limine being granted was the very thing that effectively ruined the Keith Henson's case because he wasn't even allowed to tell the court precisely why he was protesting. Imagine that eh?... A jury finding out that the "church" is actually a batshit cult with a history and written policy of manufacturing fake crimes, even just to harass rather than to win?
I am not a lawyer and I'm just saying that is what happened in Keith's case.

Just got home a little while ago. So please bear with me, I am exhausted.

Cameranonymous has not been released as of yet. The Attorney requested and OR but we had to wait until the judge had seen all his scheduled cases first, then a lovely round of phone tag ensued. Judge said no, he will have to stay in jail and attend the scheduled hearing tomorrow morning, Oct 20th, at 7:30 am. I will be there as will other Anons. Understand, this is a cattle call time. Several defendants are also scheduled for the same time and I have no idea where his position is on the docket. But as soon as court is over I will call Chronic Enturbulator so he can post if CA is released or whatever. Don't expect anything until at least 8:30-9:00

We went to visit him this evening. He is very stressed, can't sleep, food tastes like shit, and is completely in the dark about what happened.

The attorney has requested the Search Warrant but has yet to see it or the Application and Affidavit for Search Warrant and the Returns. CA has give us permission and full access to his home. We picked up his copies of these documents that the SWAT team left in the house and documented the results of their search with video and still photography. I have faxed copies to the attorney but we will not release docs until our attorney has the opportunity to see them FIRST and approve their publication.

CA does not wished to be namefagged just yet, and does realize it's just a matter of time. Please allow him to enjoy his last few moments of being anonymous.
