Dunno anything about that. I just started this thread because I saw the book is now "in stock" at $16 and thought people would like to know. Maybe your order was cancelled. I suggest you have a look in your account to see if the order is still open or not.

 It's not available on Kindle, but you can request it:  Bad news for U.K. customers though, is that they perhaps won't let them buy this book through Kindle due to the legal threat. Might be worth a shot though. Quote:
