The biggest thing is that Davis' statement was a blatant lie. Majorski was in good standing as recently as 2004 and didn't leave back in the 1990s (or at least not for good). A leaked issue of The Auditor lists Majorski as an expected attendee at a briefing course at the American Saint Hill Organization in California.

We also know that Majorski's connection to the CoS was in no way casual. He did L11, which in itself costs $10,000 $20,000 (thanks NoMoreDiscoNnects) and is only available to Scientologists who have reached a Clear or are close to doing so. Dox are lying around somewhere; I'm sure someone can find that ling.
