Hang on, if John Michael Van Dyke (Date of Birth: 12/06/1964) was wanted for 'Failure to Appear on Extortion' then he might be the guy that did the lawsuit, if, that is, ManOnYous read that information somewhere other than this crimesolvers page. Do we have independent confirmation about that 'Failure to appear on extortion' thing?
