Is it meant to seem like 'in-anon' language to outsiders, something we would understand as being important to us, but non-anon wouldn't understand?
EDIT: Pretty sure those 4 digit numbers are meant to be timestamps, perhaps it's just some random crap he makes up to make the video seem more cryptic. (Similar to how some websites will use an "INTIALISING_" or similar message in a flash intro, possibly to appear more 'computery')
