I find it odd that they were allowed to close down a busy street on Sat. afternoon on Halloween day, not notify the neighbors, and there wasn't any notice posted for the metro police site, and they were able to put curtains up to block it off to boot.

I would imagine this may be ok for a community event? Although who would put up curtains if it was a community event?
But to allow all this hoopla just because Scientology is opening THEIR building?
I don't get why the city would agree to this.

Haven't heard from on-site Anons in over an hour, and have not been able to reach them. Scilons were headed inside, and they were going to wait until the ceremony was over at 5pm to see if anything else was happening.
