My version (open to correction):
In a communique, the wise men of the Royal Palace stated that the freedom of communication enshrined in the Declaration of Human Rights today extended to the possiblility of access to on-line services, given the general development of the internet. In consequence, only the courts had the right to enforce such a serious restriction on freedom as cutting access to the internet.

The same position was taken by the European Parliament on 6 May when by 407 to 57 with 10 abstentions they agreed that fundamental rights of access to the internet could be restrained only by a judge.

So when an Anon talks out on Scientology on a radio show they will have to give "equal" time to sci fags. So radio stations wont bother with talking about any challenging topics.
