I'm not sure if Riverside Co. has the worst system in the state,
but the region around Menifee/Lake Elsinore has to be pretty damn close.

No dox, but I've heard they have an unusually high suicide and H.S. dropout rate. That weed used to be popular, but due to a crackdown they've gone back to huffing petrol.

Its an already miserable place to be a teenager.
