Wow... I just typed it in my phone, which has verizon service.... I had trouble getting /b/ to load... and so I tried the main site.... the 4chan main site comes up... and when i go to /b/ it never loads.

I have called customer service they claim to be completely in the dark about what is going on. They said that people will be working on the problem.

I did opt to take a survey of their service prior to the call and according to the that I will be getting a call with in the hour to ask how well the people I spoke with did. (making the number of people I spoke with at least 3)

I Spoke with another representative they are completely uniformed and completely 1:1 on the tone scale.

But I think I informed 5 people working their phone lines and IMO I pawned them in debate.

They say it could be a security threat, I asked why I am paying for service when security is a threat, and asked how long I have had this flaw in security and if I have been vulnerable to this threat for the three years I have been a customer...

I have no idea if I made sense when I talked about traffic shaping but they are completely uninformed on the issue, and had no answer when I said an advertiser who was paying money to be seen on 4chan can not reach their (verizon's) customers (me) and compared it to racketeering. LOL I was on hold for about 35-40 min out of the 50 min I spent on the phone with them. They say they will call me back with more information, I bet they don't.

It was fun.

Well they DID call back, and said it is a temporary thing. They are saying they had issues with one particular IP address that was causing a "security threat" to the network.

Mods can verify that I am a complete idiot when it comes to internet issues so I didn't know what else to ask.
