Cost will be based on cost of ink + shirt + shipping, plus like a few extra pounds for time and other materials.
Red tie would push the price up buy a few pounds, as the cheapest ink I've found so far is about £6 for a 115gram jar (cost is about the same for shipping).

The design is cool, but you should change that Star Trek font on the back to something like "Trajan Pro".

Also, maybe you should change the text to something more permanent like "Expect Us."

There weren't too many fonts on the website, that one seemed the most appropriate.
Besides, if enough if you want the proper one I'll be doing the text in V for V font.
