If JT is letting DM control his aircraft, there could be MAJOR issues with the FAA.

When you allow others use of your aircraft to commit crimes, saying you didn't know what they're doing with the plane is not an allowable excuse. The pilots flying the plane cannot shrug and say "We didn't know either."

John Boy could lose his wings and be banned from ever getting them back, so could his current private pilots. Flight records go back the entire lifetime of the plane. It would be easy for someone in the FAA to track those records and synchronize everything to the story if specific dates were available (cough cough).

If this is truly valid, a lot of damage can be done with this and investigations of all private planes owned by scilons including Tom Cruise could be accomplished. The FAA isn't the FBI, they're actually efficient.

It also helps to have a family member working there.

At least put a '?' at the end to show there isn't any rock solid proof Travolta did something or even unknowingly took part in something so horrid.

If the plane in question is one of Travolta's jets then it would almost certainly as a practical matter be flying under instrument flight rules (IFR), and hence, would have been required by FAA regulation to file a flight plan.

No, not all. Some only need permission to take off from and land at an airport, you do not have to provide proof that a flight plan was scheduled. That's why the DEA has so many headaches with private planes. Most corporations that own planes do file their plans, but individuals who are hopping over to LA for the day to have lunch and fly in to John Wayne don't have to file a formal plan.

But anyway, as seen by anons themselves last year with flightaware, JT's planes appear to have filed full flight plans. It's being crosschecked to be sure.

If the FAA can be utilized in any of this, IT CAN AND SHOULD BE. :)
