I recently found several posts of a pic that qualifies as child porn and child exploitation on a public website that is open to children ages 13 and up.
I believe I have identified the poster as well as an accomplice who is working in a county district attorneys office in my state.
I have already notified the National Center for Missing and Abused Children of my findings.
I plan to notify the DA's office in question as well as the office of the State Attorney General.

Can anon provide advice as to which anonymous mailer to use? There are many.
Can anon provide advice as to which anonymous mailer(s) to definitely NOT use?

Good job reporting to National Center for Missing and Abused Children. If you want to report to federal or state law enforcement, use a reporting form on their website or use a telephone. Diddling about with email probably won't work, since their inbox is going to be full of spam too. In fact, many agencies tell you to NOT use email for important contacts, but to use the phone or maybe an online form.

They will usually let you be anonymous if you want that, but it depends on which agency. You are reporting a crime which anyone could have discovered online, in which case they won't need you as a witness. It's a bit different if your testimony would be required for a conviction.
