Re: What Are The Risks?
The reason why repercussions have been lower than expected is because OSA just isn't designed to handle the kind of volume we're throwing at them. Before us, critics have been either individuals or small groups. OSA handled them by bombarding them with lawsuits and harassment until they backed off. Their standard blitzkrieg tactics don't work against a swarm. For the most part, they've changed their strategy. Instead of confronting, they're ignoring. Instead of personally targeting individuals, they're doing sneaky back room deals to get legislation passed. It's a great short-term victory for us. They're seeing that their exalted tech has failed, so they're being forced to adapt. For those not completely delusional, this is a huge ideological wound.
