There is no god(s) in Scientology so the liter form of blasphemy doesn't apply. Even allowing a more general interpretation (In the UK for example the blasphemous libel laws had to replaced because of this) doesn't manage to make what we do blasphemous for three very key reasons:
1) What we say is actually true, and truth is a defence against and libel.
2) The actual mythology of Scientology is not sufficiently available or sufficiently well known for this to be applied. To blaspheme something under libel laws it is necessary that there is something to blaspheme. In other religions the basic beliefs and theology are in general well known and freely available making such a law potentially applicable. Due to the extreme secrecy surrounding the Scientology mythology, and given that the Scientologists present at our protests are not OT3, it isn't possible to blaspheme given that none of the people present know the material that is potentioally being blasphemed.
3) Since the vast majority of our content is directed towards the procedures and practices of the cult we are not subject to the blasphemy laws. I would argue that any material we do have in this regard doesn't constitute blasphemy but it is a struggle to even get this far.
