The only way you will be able to even get the ASA to investigate this again is by providing solid evidence that the Way To Happiness Foundation is controlled by the Church of Scientology, and/or that there is a money trail from TWTHF to CoS or the RTC. The Miscavige video is a good place to start, but I'm not sure it would be enough.
