What about the rest of the states in wich Nancy Catwright says she is implementing her programme [it's in her video posted above]?
Can anything be done about those?

Poon their representatives with the recent article?

Yep, that's probably what we should do.

Ummm, people...This isn't a win yet. Read the waffle at the end of the article carefully:

Burke and his buddies are pulling the same game Hubbard did when he "canceled" the use of the name 'Fair Game', but left the policies associated with it in place. All their saying is references to "Good Choices" and "The Way to Happiness" will be stripped from the resolution. The curriculum "Good Choices" is offereing will still be an option available for teachers to choose.

This still needs work to get even the option of using this crap removed from the choices teaches have to choose from.

Even though this isn't yet resolved to our satisfaction, it shows how far we've come in 3 years of educating the public to the dealings of the cult. The quick response with poons and calls, +1.
    Well done.

Okay then how can we format the next poon so the reps will understand it and catch it?
  11. RightOn Member

yes, it makes my heart sink to know that they are CONSTANTLY trying to prey on kids 24/7 and sneak their way in.
After all, dissemination is part of their MO.
We need to educate the public, the PTA's, the politicians, the town mayors, and so on.
I started a thread called Operation School Poon a while back.
Although there is only like 11 schools that are left that still have AP in them, we never know when someone new is going to be working at schools or in town legislation who will be bamboozled by COS.

Guess it's time to do a little dissemiantion all over again.
    here is that thread:
    http://forums.whyweprotest.net/threads/operation-school-poon-stop-the-infiltration.56888/
^^^^You may want to check if the names on the lists are still current before you poon.^^

And remember, we are coming up on summer vacation with September right around the corner.
People need to be educated BEFORE they are approached.
And while you are at it, throw in that they should be aware of any future drug talks by people saying they will come to the school, like the Drug Free Marshalls program, The Way To Happiness, ecttt and to please check the small print of anyone who is going to give the kids any talks. Ask them to check the backs of the pamphlets for any mention of the RTC, Scientology or L Ron Hubbard.

In the video they show one of the points in TWTH:

1.1 "Take care of yourself when you are sick"

But not by going to a Medico, Scamology will heal you!
What a load of Hubbard lies.

Found this in the comments over at http://newsblogs.chicagotribune.com...nois-public-schools/comments/page/3/#comments

To answer your question, I would focus on the points raised in the comments. Good ones are the 1st Ammendment issues involved; the morality of using the "Good Choices" program when the folks pushing it have been lying through there teeth about the connection between TWTH and $cientology, never mind ABLE; related to the 1st Ammendment issues is the money flow picture, e.g., State -> "Good Choices" -> TWTH -> ABLE -> RTC/CSI; and track down the statement regarding all Hubbard's writing, except the SciFi, being scripture, I'm pretty sure it was said under oath during a court case. Which means TWTH is scripture, no matter how much they claim it's secular.

Old internal Scientology promo, clearly showing TWTH is for recruitment into Scientology.

I love that pick for also showing the link between Applied Scholastics and $cientology. Wish more states paid attention to it.

  17. Just out of curiosity, have you guys actually read TWTH? It's actually pretty creepy.

It's not so much a moral code you should live by as a moral code you should insist those around you should live by.

Taken in the context of Scientology, it is all about how people around you can interfere with your happiness if they don't behave properly. You have to tell them how to behave or they may become a hazard to your survival.

Natter, thanks for those fab images. They have been yoinked and pooned. :p

Also, reference was made to "The Way to Happiness Route" into scientology, which appears at the bottom of the grade chart, with the other "introductory services".

    This is great news.

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. - Not even the voice of Bart Simpson could convince Illinois lawmakers to approve a resolution aimed at teaching character in public schools because of its link to the Church of Scientology.

Other places where this programme is taught [according to the Nancy Cartwright video] are
    San Jose
    Santa Barbara
    Thousand Oaks
    Seattle
    Milwaukee

The Illinois decision sets a good precedents as to how to shut down those programmes in other places as well.

downside is that Burke plans to "rewrite the resolution." Just drop it, Dan. Let it go and admit you were misled.

At some point, Rep. Burke is gonna get pooned. When do we start?

You morons fail so consistently that when you succeed, you definitely deserve a pat on the back. Well done. Glad to see this bill didn't get anywhere.

I don't see you two failtards doing anything productive, so please, feel free to die an agonizing death in a car fire.
  34. Herro Member

Hey bro, don't be mad. I'm being serious, the people that made calls did a good thing here. If there was ever a time for Chanology to pat itself on the back, this would be it. Someone heard about some bullshit, used the internets to rapidly raise awareness of said bullshit, and people here called to spread information to counteract the bullshit. I love it.

Also, the above failtards were both me. I thought the first (anonymous) post I made was too mean spirited. But I couldn't edit it, so I posted a less harsh version.

YES! Poons those cities school boards, legislative education committees, etc.. Did anyone listen to her audio? What a twit! However, it seems the reps and senators were still star struck by her dog and pony show, as lame a star as she is. LRH must be coming in his dead-man pants right now. His master plan of using celebrities to recruit works like a charm just about every time (unless we stop it). Her "Good Choices" organization must be stopped before it infects any more cities.

Milwaukee us most likely due to the school choice program which allows for private and religious schools to receive funding for low income students.

My fembot's mammy teaches in Milwaukee schools. I'll see if I can get some infos. Milwaukee is weird though. It's totally fucking broke but there is a pretty strong Lutheran/Catholic community that would be like "Oooo hail noooo" if they found out that there was space drama up in their schools... I have to qualify that though. Most Milwaukinites won't give a tin fuck if it's the inner city schools getting Hubtarded.

I'll see what I can do do.
