I suggest that we write the names of all of Snow's victims in the snow (if you know what I mean) in honor of those victims. I have also found schools that honor snow several times a year and even plan for "Snow Days" in their calendar. Children are indoctrinated by not having to attend class on these "Snow Days". THIS IS WHY !
