If someone comes here that otherwise would not have and is looking for answers I can't defend you behavior. You expect someone who has gotten out to be just like you? Lets first be thankful he is out. I get your frustrations but remember David and others have walked a 1000 miles in cult shoes. Time can only tell how much many more miles he will walk down the path of enlightenment. But if you keep stomping on his toes don't expect him to make it.

Before you tell me off, I told him I did not agree with him on the purif either. I asked him to read up on David Love and party. Ask yourself why he is here? Is it to push Scientology? Is it to sell the Purif? No I don't think so. You would do better to share your knowledge with him and the sources for it. In my opinion you are 100% correct in what you say but are 100% wrong in how you are saying it. I said it before and I will say it again. I was wondering if David was having wins like these:

Next month, Klaus came in to pay his rent. His complexion was clear and pink and he gave us a big hello and a broad smile. He had a few words with my boss and after he had gone my boss came to me and said, "Well, I don't know what you did to him, but he's quite a nice guy after all." "

I was in my office on the 11th floor of our building when I heard the Concord [sic] (jet) going over above. I looked out the window and saw the plane flying low to the north. The weather was warm and mildly cloudy. About five minutes later, while still in my office, I became aware of a mass one quarter mile up in the sky. I looked out but could see nothing.
After I sat down again, my awareness of the mass continued so I put a beam up towards it. A thunderous explosion followed and I received a tremendous return flow along the beam, which lifted my body at least six inches out of the chair. My secretary came running through to tell me some fool must be dynamiting in the centre of the city and near our building at that.
Later that same evening in the Foundation Org, someone mentioned that they had heard a crash like thunder and the time but on looking out the window could not see any rain clouds. They work on the other side of town and were still puzzled by the bang.
No doubt some kind of ridge had built up, and on my poking a beam into it, it had become unbalanced and dramatically dispersed.
Woke up the city nicely and caused me to chuckle no end.

After reading all of David DeMoss' post I am convinced of two things. 1. He's a dick that hasn't come to grips with his culty past, and has a serious melt down coming his way. 2. He's a dick.

point taken. But just so you know I spent off and on (mostly on) from 1991-2007 in a different cult. Granted it's not as fucked up, but while I was in it I found myself doing many things that I never thought I'd be enough of a sucker to do. But then again, I'm not going on it's critics web sites talking about how people are whiners if they complain abo0ut the behavior of the cult or characterizing the negative experiences of it's members as just one flavor in a box of chocolates or singing the praises of their front groups and expecting them not to call me out either. And I say this with as little acid in the tone as possible.

It is perplexing I agree. Very often people want out because of personal pain. I think they develop coping skills dependent based on their life's history and they are never truly free. I also think they become defensive when it comes having to answer for their own abuse of others. The thing I hope David takes home from this is that everyone in Scientology is an abuser as well as abused and the cult sets everyone to blame themselves and each other. It is a real mind fuck. Scientology can never take responsibility for its actions and it teaches other to not do so either. Davids reactions are close to the dismissal I see from people in front of the Orgs, when we directly challenge them for participating in Scientology abuses. I hope he sees that at some point but at the same time he is here with the social skills he has got but history proves one thing to me, that he will get better as time goes on.
