Thursday Feb 2nd is also Groundhog day.
If DM emerges from his burrow before 2pm and sees the shadow of his body thetans 3ft behind the back of his own head catching up with him then he will retreat back into his burrow and the scientology shitstorm will continue for another 6 months.

Or they could hire Juliette to pretend that she's Dee Snyder. They do look a lot a like.

Maybe he'll be doomed to keep repeating Groundhog Day until he can make it all go right? (i.e. never.)

  13. Seems rather self-serving to claim there's 'no defendants' and 'no defense' when that's because the defence counsel has thrown a hissy fit and walked out.

Perhaps they mean that Scientology's actions are indefensible.

    Anyone counter demonstrating this one?
  20. Sponge Member

I think the boat has been missed on that initiative. Anyway, they'll have probably gone home by now. I guess there'll be nothing to see here until Thursday Feb 2nd 2012 before 2pm (after 9am in fact) when the rulings come.
It would have been great to see some classic IRL trolling of the fuming buttchurch.

You'll have to make do with counter-protest via Shooptech(tm) I'm afraid.

    Fixed it for them....

fify - with the not-quite-right French profanity...

    From Wikipedia:
The expression today is infrequently used in the major French-speaking countries France, Belgium or Switzerland, but in the English-speaking world, it is well known from Agatha Christie's books about the fictional Belgian detective Hercule Poirot.
Most French dictionaries state "sacrebleu" to be equivalent to "sacredieu".[1]An equivalent English phrase is "Dag Nabbit" (or other variations e.g. Dagnabbit, Dadgum) as the name of God is also substituted as the term bleu in the French curse.[citation needed]

At least they didn't dress up in nazi uniforms this time. I call it progress.
  32. Anonymous Member

Scientology loves that nazi shit. They act in very similar ways. Ubermensch = homo novis, etc.

This clam looks like Miscavige in the nazi uniform. When he used to have the porno moustache.
  33. Anonymous Member

    Look at the little shit.

  34. Anonymous Member

Of course - dress like a nazi in France and they'll kick you into unconsciousness. Clams are too cowardly for that, they know that shit would mean bye bye cult.

Still, it's good to point out the clear links culturally between $cientology and nazism on this thread. No doubt it will be read by French lawmakers between now and February.

The whole France protest is very reminiscent of the Portland protest. But the thing is - in Frances the judges are not elected, but appointed. I doubt they'd give a shit.
  36. Anonymous Member

'Tabernac' is about as bad a curse as you can find in Canadian French; not sure if in France though.

Uh, it might take a while. Though I bet the Orgs will close down in Europe before they do in the US.
