Halloween 2009 - HUEG Potential for win

Ok, so Halloween's coming up.

"So what, faggot?" You may ask. WELL, Halloween happens to be on a SATURDAY this year, so the potential for win is quite high.

Why don't we have another go at doing something global? (and not being half-assed about it). Night raids? Rave parties? Trick or treating? Run of the mill EFG dances outside orgs filled with butthurt Scilons? Raidfags forgetting about everything and just go to the nearest bar? I DUNNO!?

Sure, my suggestions could be fail, but that's what this thread is for. I'm amazed that nobody's seemed to notice this yet. Get proactive and start brainstorming, bitches. Halloween is possibly the most opportune time of year for us to actually get things done, and done RITE. And the sole fact that it's on a Saturday only increases the potential for win.

Fire away.

I like the idea of Trick or Treating.

I also like the idea of everyone dressing up as V <3
Global theme FTW?

I think just bringing back the randomness and ragtag qualities of the first few raids would be more ideal. The focus being more on having fun and boosting morale...

Just my 2 cents.

Well I've only been raiding since March this year, so I only know about recent lulz, rather than old skool lulz :D

It is said that at Halloween, or Samhain, the veil ;twixt this world and the next is at its thinnest.

We might therefore expect to hear the voice of LRH on that day.

Perhaps he might choose to remind his followers of his wise words.

Perhaps he might even allow himself to be channelled through some kind of.......electronic device.

wooooOOOOOOOoooooo!!!

NYC will probably hit up the Halloween Parade again this year, and half the group will go to Candyball.

Not anywhere near as much as you Amerifags. It's a shame because it's an awesome opportunity to act incredibly stupid and people not batting an eyelid, and we miss out on streets filled with girls wearing skimpy cosplay. SO DO IT FAGGOTS!

Give the kids more candy if they agree to hand out YFTC's door to door ?

I like how that day is working our for us this year. I'll see if the Southbay would want to exploit it.

I love Halloween! We could do a living re-creation of Hubbard's "History of Religion" diorama in front of ASHO! Think "Laguna Beach Pageant of the Masters" on a $5 wardrobe budget and we could nail the scene!

riverside may have to sit this one out, going to gold base and knocking on the door for candy will be perceived as an act of terrorism.

perhaps something a bit more banner like, like a banner, a big one.... a big.. public banner?

Trick or Treating doesn't have to be the only thing you could do.

Just whatever will troll the Scifags most and cause the largest amount of butthurt.

Suggested themes for this is of course the obvious:

- Party hard
- Why are they undead?

Re: Halloween 2009 - HUEG Potential for win

Well of course party! But we could try and organize all cells able to protest during the day than spend time handing out flyers to trick or treating parents Than party like its 1999!!!! Later Fags!

$cifags HATE, HATE, HATED the zombie theme we did in C'water last year. I mean THEY FUCKING HATED IT IT BOTHERED THEM BIGTIME WE SHOULDN'T DO IT AGAIN BECAUSE IT WAS HORRIBLE.

i'd say clearwaterfags will probably be doing zombie theme. every protest is party hard.

Hallowe'en is a Scottish festival perpetuated in our [strike]colonies[/strike] new American settlements where it got bigger and better. Hallowe'en is the day when the dead get very very close to the living. Zombies are good at Hallowe'en. Now the Americans use pumpkins to make lanterns and the Scots use turnips but the original lanterns were real skulls.

Have fun, kids.

Dress is not optional; you have to disguise as the dead, with masks, in black, black faces, black clothes.

Re: Halloween 2009 - HUEG Potential for win

Boston is planning on doing Zombies again for our October raid on the 19th (assuming that permits go through for that weekend)

If people want to do SCIENTOLOGY-DEATH zombies again this year, I can update the quarter sheet flyers I made up. Basically anyone who wants to be a specific person killed by scientology finds an appropriate costume for the person, gets zombified, has a name tag saying who they are (Hi, I'm LISA) and hands out flyers explaining how Scientology is responsible for their death. Huge potential for tastelessness, but things went okay when we did it last year in Boston.

Okay, Elli Perkins in a princess peach costume wasn't so cool, but everything else worked.

This is by far the best costume idea I've seen from this thread. I will give a handjob to anyone who accomplishes this.
