It's been going on for awhile and still hasn't gotten to trial yet, but the above docs are the only ones retrievable at the moment. Here's a link to an html version of the court's docket (a/o today's date, 10/29/11), though none of the linked entries attach to scanned/available source documents. I'd be really interested in reading some of the filings; any Anons from Dekalb County GA? UPDATE: There's a lot I could speculate about from the docket entries but I'd be going way out on a limb so I'd rather not. But needless to say, it's easy to infer from the docket that the case is being heavily contested, for obvious reasons.
The links in the docket entries are javascript which, on the court's website, opens a popup which for the most part doesn't add anything significant to what's already there. On the copy I link to above, the javascript is broken because I didn't feel like pruning it all out or dragging the rest of the code and files over. But one docket entry listed is incomplete and clicking on it reveals the following order signed by the Court: DEFT NARCONON OF GEORGIA, INC SHALL PAY PLTF'S COSTS, IN AN AMOUNT TO BE DETERMINED AT A HEARING, INCURRED IN THE FEBRUARY 23, 2011 DEPOSITION OF MARY RIESER - THE COURT DENIES DEFT'S AUGUST 8TH REQUEST TO RECONSIDER (SEE ORDER) TYS Mary Reiser is the ED of Narconon GA. From this one might speculate, minimally, that the deposition didn't go smoothly as everyone would've liked.
Thanks, tikk! This is particularly important in light of David Love's taking a wrecking ball to Narconon in Quebec, and the recent successful Anon effort to get NNbot canceled from givining a talk to jr. high school students in Purcell, OK.

I don't know how or if it was resolved today. I'm do not completely understand this process, but as best I could tell: (1) the plaintiff's lawyer requested sanctions against the defense's client, Mary Reiser, for [possibly intentionally] not producing certain requested documents in a timely manner. The defense argued against sanctions based on a "no harm done" precedent, even though the issues that delayed her from producing the documents are a tad on the "sketchy" side. (2) I have no info concerning the records they wanted unsealed or if they even got to that topic today.
