Re: Sitewide Anonymous since there are only 80 regular users here and 40 of them are socks his opinion carries entirely more weight than it did this time last years
Re: Sitewide Anonymous Yes. And since I'm the only person in the UK single handledly protesting the Cult, my opinions should carry a lot of weight and be listened to. Slouch hats and long coats cost money, you know. I paid almost two earth pounds for my (now squashed) slouch hat and my coat was 50p - and that's not even allowing for the cost of my scarf!!!!!!! At this rate, you lot should be donating money to help fund me - protesting is not cheap!
Re: Sitewide Anonymous Gee, a guy who says nerdy things and argues with people who don't like Herro. Who could this possibly be..
Re: Sitewide Anonymous So you think that everyone who disagrees with your opinion is a Herro sock? Well, there must be hundereds of us out there then. You dickhead.
Re: Sitewide Anonymous Where did I give an opinion? Where did you disagree with it? What part of that was supposed to make sense?
Re: Sitewide Anonymous Shut up herro, I'm arguing with your sock because it disagrees with me and not because I was making fun of it for following herro drama around. We'll have no logical discussion here.
Re: Sitewide Anonymous It's that damn Dane Cook again. How much bandwidth does one highly-overrated comedian need to masturbate?
Re: Sitewide Anonymous Ideally forced anonymous posting everywhere should be enforced. Identity = ego which leads to egofagging which in turn leads to drama. The Shadow gets blamed for a lot of faggotry, and most of the time he is at the heart of it, however a lot of this drama would be avoided if forced anonymous posting was in place. The Shadow's ego has previously manifested in him signing his posts on 888chan and other local sites. Everytime this has caused drama with people wasting their time on it.
Re: Sitewide Anonymous Look back at Chanology and ask yourself how much actually got done on Chans. I mean, how much actually was accomplished on the message boards. You'll quickly realize that aside from recruiting, those message boards were not very conducive to actual planning and coordination. Identity has its place. It's all about balance.
Re: Sitewide Anonymous Plz to STOP BEATING THE STAR WARS QUOTE TO DEATH THAT WAS OLD WHEN IT FIRST APPEARED. Too much cat-herding = very annoyed cats.
Re: Sitewide Anonymous One question: how do you know, and which chans? Would you include Co$relent in that, and if so, which incarnation(s)? Yes, balance is good, but I'd argue that most of Chanology's best work got done during the time that the posting IDs were meaningless, because there wasn't enough context and history behind the names to add to (or subtract from) the arguments that were presented.
Re: Sitewide Anonymous OK, I finally found a solution that allows us to have the "Make Post Anonymously" checkbox available for the quick reply again. Enjoy.
Re: Sitewide Anonymous UR DOIN IT WRONG You were supposed to disable sitewide Anonymous posting facepalm.jpg
Re: Sitewide Anonymous Sweet! Now I can say you're all stupid nigger twats and I love fucking you with tree stumps wrapped in barbed wire with no chance of retribution! Fucking niggers.
Re: Sitewide Anonymous What the hell just happened? Somebody trolling via the anonymous feature? GESUS KHRIST, KEEP IT IN THE DAM DOME OR DON'T POST IT AT ALL!!! We DON'T want this feature being removed. If you're gonna be a pussy and go behind this feature, WHY DON'T YOU JUST SAY IT RIGHT TO THAT PERSON'S FACE!?!??!! Don't be a pussy. In other news... Oh wait, there isn't any.
Okay but let's say I want to organize a rally in my area... If we had profiles (which are still for the most anonymous) or perhaps additionally a PERMANENT "Geographical area bulletin board" so I could conspire with others in my area to do something instead of HOPING that they notice an event I post... Wouldn't that help get better turnouts?
It's about the Anonymous Revolutionary Workers Party (the conspiracy unmasked by Weasel Queen, in her last thread ever)
