heh, i agree. but question is - who will be higher on Tony's list, rathburn or anon. inquiring minds want to know?
Marty can only be number 3. Behind DM and LRH. And I'm not even sure Marty deserves number 3. What about the media? Lawrence Wright, Brian Seymor, TonyO? And the writers - Paulette and Janet Reitman and others? They deserve a spot higher than Marty.
You're right, but maybe you're missing that I said Marty is a deuce, a #2, an unwelcome guest in the punchbowl. Or, maybe you did, and didn't find it funny... :|
Well, Tony was unimpressed with Agent Pubit, so he kind of stopped writing about them. But he posted that he will be attending this weekend's beach party in front of the Org. So - NYC Anons - the faith of anonymous in Tony's countdown is in your hands.
While Agent Pubeit may have involved some NYC Anons, it was not an action of NYC Anons. To make a judgment of all of Anonymous or NYC Anons based on that, would have been shortsighted. You were not around at the time, and you haven't done any protesting, so you may not understand. NYC Anons not only involve kids, but also some pretty savvy people who have been responsible for a lot of media attention drawn to the crimes of the CoS. And those "kids" have been followed, had CoS agents show up at their doors, gone to their jobs to try to get them fired, and more. NYC Anons don't have to impress to appear on Tony's countdown; what all of Anonymous has done is already out there. And we have not been about recognition, we have been about achieving our stated goal. I appreciate all that Tony has done and continues to do. I'm glad that he has had more contact with Anons and he may be able to see more. I don't judge him on that one incident of shortsightedness, I judge him on his whole record of awesome. I hope he accords us the same.
Yo, take it easy. I was just jokking about the NYC Anon impressing Tony to give them a better spot on the countdown. And I wasn't around back then - correct. I wasn't even living in the US at at that point of time. Have we met at Patti's party? Did I step on your toe or something?
Hello there, handsome old man with long hair... <3 Rawr! Shut up Anon...his hair looks just fine. Just needs a better care and tidiness, since it's too thin.
I can't help but laughing my ass off... cult is SO fuckin retarded but I want it to continue so bad...I must be just as sick!
I looked in this org today, looks like it's already fully set up as a call center. I didn't note the name of the company, but will go across the street, get the name and see if it's a WISE firm. More to come. Seems like they made a very rapid transition. Feels fishy.
Next up, Amy Scobee. http://blogs.villagevoice.com/runninscared/2011/08/amy_scobee_top_25_crippling_scientology.php
I'd thought he would mention Hawkins, Many and the other Xs. Perhaps they'll come under a later heading.
I think Hawkins will be higher. Apart from his book and his excellent blog dissecting the CoS they have also lost the ability to do competent marketing with his departure.

Yeah, I also saw him lurking this thread and the SP Party thread. I'm not sure if some the Ortegasm Fembots realize just how much they should be blushing right now.
I love the list, though I feel it lacks a bit of suspense. As someone has doubtless said, everybody's favorite little person has to be #1 (with TC being #2, how's that for poetic justice?).
