A few tips for beginners:

WhyWeProtest does not promote any illegal activities, including DDOS. If you've come here to inquire about that, you're in the wrong place.

WWP is not the same thing as Anonymous. Many of our users are Anonymous, and many are not. Anonymous exists in various websites and chatrooms, and gathered around various and sometimes incompatible objectives.

If you have come here to promote a cause that's important to you, please read about our initiatives first. New ideas are customarily discussed and frankly debated. A few are accepted by consensus. If your idea doesn't gain acceptance here, please accept that WWP is not the place for it.

Before posting, spend some time reading threads that interest you, and check out the stickies in the New Members Area. Take your time there, and follow the links for more information.

If you are interested in our Anonymous vs. Scientology, Freedom of Information, or Iran initiatives, please take the time to read the relevant introductory material.

Check the date on a thread before posting in it. Unless you have important new information to add, don't resurrect long-dead threads.

Frank debate and a certain amount of trolling is acceptable here. Posting graphic images, launching personal attacks, and making undocumented claims are not acceptable.
