    This may be less off target than you think. It would be wonderful if the WBC started calling us cyber-terrorists/mirroring the reactions of the Co$. It could possibly get people to associate the two of them with one another.

    I've listened to some of Fred Phelps's radio sermons, and the WBC Video News. From what I saw, they genuinely believe their own hype, and the contempt everyone has for them is, to them, proof that they are doing the right thing.

    They protested the funeral of a friend's baby who had died of SIDS a few years ago. They go too far EVERY time. To see them in person is mind-blowing - you want to cuss and cry at the same time. They believe every word they say, and to see the very young kids with those hateful signs is heartbreaking. :sad:

    I am in fact "one of you" if an irreverent one.
    I was simply using that number because it is well known and mocking the idea that someone could read scripture and come to the conclusions that those assholes did.

    The problem is that, as far as I can tell, WBC isn't corrupt to the core like $cientology is, nor do they do the things that $cientology does. What they believe maybe despicable and mind boggling ignorant and stupid, but I am very reluctant to "go after them" to take away their rights to protest.

    They are idiots, but have the right to be a idiot.

    Grant you I do not know very much about WBC and if the have rpf's, kill their members, stalk critics and try to take away human rights then maybe I'll give them a look.
